A. CUSTOMER SERVICES (25 openings)

• Analyze functional and technical cases and provide a resolution through the Production Support Procedure (PSP) timescales to ensure customer satisfaction; and
• Create new Solutions to enhance the Customer Searchable database ensuring a faster service to the customers.

B. DEVELOPMENT (30 openings)

• Develop world-class software products for customers around the world;
• Understand technical requirements to enable to construct the components of the software products; and

• Analyze customer reported problems and determine the business and technical solution to the error, in line with the specification of the product in order to increase customer satisfaction.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of any bachelor’s degree from an IT related discipline. Graduates from other disciplines with strong technical inclination are also welcome to apply.
• We also encourage applicants with at least two years relevant work experience to apply.
• Programming skills in any language is preferred. Knowledge in Java/J2EE would be a distinct advantage.
• Good problem solving and strong analytical ability.
• Very good communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel overseas on various assignments.
• Willing to undergo an extensive "Technical Training Program."
• Relevant working experience not required.
